What people actually want is not to stay forever young but to have a ‘longer youth’ – a redefinition of the
age-old fountain-of-youth myth. And thanks to medical advances, we can now look, feel and act young for a longer
time.
HGH supplementation is one effective means of achieving this ‘stream of
youthfulness.’ It can neither stop aging nor reverse it, of course, but it can delay aging and help restore
normal body functions.
So how does it work? First, let’s talk about our growth hormones.
Human growth hormones (HGH) are naturally produced by the body. These hormones are originally secreted in the
anterior pituitary gland found in the brain. HGH is responsible in the production, repair and replacement of human
cells needed for human growth and development.
As a person grows, his bones enlarge and lengthen, his muscles get tougher, he grows more hair in certain parts
of his body, his skin gets thicker and he becomes ready for heavier physical activities. And all of these are
facilitated by our growth hormones.
However, as a person gets older still, the production of these essential hormones also declines, usually during
his early 30s.
That’s why certain unwanted changes in the body occur. Skin gets wrinkled, eyesight becomes poor, shoulders sag,
breasts and buttocks ‘go south,’ etc.
Although natural HGH therapy – stimulating the body’s growth hormone production through exercise and proper diet
– is preferred by workout buffs, others find it too strenuous. They go for supplementation instead.
HGH supplements are either injection into the body or taken orally. Of course, the supplements should be taken
with the doctor’s approval.
You can choose from several types of HGH supplements
available.
There’s the Homeopathic HGH, which is a ‘secretagogue.’ It has a lower growth hormone content which, when
introduced to the bloodstream, will trigger the pituitary gland to secrete more and more natural growth hormones.
It is available in spray form; sprayed under the tongue.
Another secretagogue is the Injectable HGH, which is applied by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. It is
mostly made up of amino acids, which cause the pituitary to release a small amount of human growth hormone.
These secretagogues, however, are much less effective than Real Recombinant HGH (rHGH), which is dispensed only
with a prescription and can only be taken by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection.
There’s also the HGH Releaser, which comes in spray form and pills. The releasers are the cheapest among the HGH
products. This is because of the integration of chemical contents aside from the amino acids contained within. It
doesn’t have synthetic growth hormones in its composition and are proven to be effective stimulators of HGH
production.
Although we eventually grow old and pass on, HGH supplements can make our journeys longer and more enjoyable.
‘Prolonging youth’ is a doable plan. Take it from the many men and women the world over who are enjoying the
supplements’ benefits.
